Melanie Birt is a Sydney based portrait photographer, merging her media and behavioural science background with her photography work, to create visual stories for her portrait and commercial clients. Melanie has volunteered previously with the AIPP and her community, and through this work has seen how valuable photography can be.

Naomi Reiter is an AIPP Associate Photographer, current AIPP NSW Council President and Sponsorship Liaison. 25+ years as a creative freelance graphic designer and photographer has her creating multi-award winning family photography both in Australia and internationally.
Naomi has worked both as a photographer and editor with the Christmas Wish team (The Heart Project) and is the Co-ordinator of the Editing Team that will be providing photo retouching and repair of fire damaged photographs. Naomi will liaise with our editors from all around the world, to ensure each family has the opportunity to restore precious memories after the fires.

Jodie Andrews has been capturing newborns and families for 10 years and through the AIPP Awards program, is a Master Photographer and multi award winner.
Although she has two studio locations in Killara (Sydney) and the NSW Central Coast, she often travels annually to capture families in Lithgow and Maitland. In late 2019, Jodie also became a volunteer for the NSW AIPP Council as Membership Liaison officer.
